UFC Champion Zhang Weili secured another career-performance victory, at UFC 292. Facing off against Amanda Lemos, Weili’s skills in the octagon left no room for doubt, as she once again proves she is the best female strawweight in the world. Trained under the expert guidance of Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA for her third camp in a row, Weili showed that she has refined her skillset even further and is world-class across the board. Her precise and aggressive striking, alongside her technical wrestling and strength, proved too much for Lemos, making it a dominant and record breaking win. Weili finished the fight on 296 strikes, which is the most any other woman has landed in a single UFC fight. The former impressive record of 249 strikes was previously held by Valentina Shevchenko, another UFC legend training out of Phuket, Thailand.
