During our yoga class, you can expect to focus on the fundamentals of yoga practice, including breath work, alignment, and meditation. You will be guided through a series of postures that will help you build strength, stability, flexibility, mobility, and balance. And because our classes are designed for all levels, you’ll have the opportunity to modify each posture to fit your individual needs and abilities.
