All prices on the Website are quoted in the currency indicated, are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and may change from time to time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after a booking has been made.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for bookings, memberships, packages, seminars, retreats, and other services are set out at the time of purchase and/or in our specific service terms. Unless those terms expressly provide otherwise, all sales are final and non-refundable once training has commenced or the relevant service period has begun. 7. Assumption of Risk and Liability for Training

Muay Thai, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, strength and conditioning, HYROX, and other activities offered by Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA are physically demanding contact and combat sports that involve an inherent risk of serious injury, including but not limited to bruising, sprains, fractures, concussions, dental injuries, and in rare cases catastrophic injury or death.

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any of our activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree to sign our separate participation agreement and liability waiver at our facility before training. The Website itself is informational and does not, in itself, constitute medical, fitness, or training advice. You should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any training programme.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Website and all content on it, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, audio, software, and the overall design, are owned by or licensed to Siam Martial Arts Training Center Co., Ltd. and are protected by Thai and international intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants you mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
