That coach is Andrei Gridin.
Over a career spanning more than three decades, Gridin has built what is arguably the most successful striking program the sport has ever seen. He is one of the founding architects of the Belarusian school of kickboxing and Muay Thai, a coaching lineage that began in Minsk in the early 1990s and has since produced champions on the biggest stages in the world.
In 1994, Gridin co-founded the Chinuk Club in Minsk, which quickly became one of the strongest Muay Thai schools in the world and the starting point for a generation of champions. He later established Gridin Gym and most recently opened Champ Belts in Dubai, expanding his program internationally while maintaining the same coaching philosophy that has defined his entire career.
To date, Andrei Gridin has produced more than 30 world champions. His current and former fighters include some of the most recognisable names in the sport.
