Bangtao S&C
Our S&C classes train your entire body and are ideal for weight loss and helping to improve power, endurance, speed, agility, core stability and all-round performance. Far from just lifting weights, our coaches will apply their extensive experience and knowledge to help you build muscle more effectively and reduce any risk of injury – ensuring that you can train consistently to reach your goals.
Programming
Our strength and conditioning classes are programmed weekly to focus on different muscle groups: Monday (Legs), Tuesday (Chest), Wednesday (Power), Thursday (Deadlifts) and Friday (Shoulders). Utilizing our world class facilities and equipment from at Bangtao, each class is designed to improve your strength and power which can be translated across to your fight game.
What to expect
Each session begins with dynamic warmups and then we get into the class emphasis of the day. Whether you are just beginning on your training journey or have experience, all exercises can be scaled to your ability. Our coaching team will ensure that you learn the correct techniques and movement patterns so that you are not only training safely, but maximizing the benefits of your hard work.
