Advanced pad work, bag work, sparring and conditioning are all part and parcel of Muay Thai sessions at the gym, pushing you to be an elite fighter in this competitive sport.
What to expect
A typical Muay Thai class at Bangtao starts with a warmup of running, skipping and shadow boxing. Our trainers will then take you through technique where you will partner up to practice as well as doing bag and pad work with our trainers in the ring. Focusing on utilizing correct technique and not on hurting your training partner, you will also have the chance to do sparring at your own pace. The main session is followed by some core work and warm down/stretching.
