We have five main workout spaces here at Bangtao; our S&C floor, two MMA/BJJ spaces and two separate Muay Thai areas, each designed to suit your training goals.

MMA AND BJJ
We’ve expanded our original area to include a full-size 9×9 meter MMA cage, perfect for intensive training sessions and fight preparation. Additionally, we’ve added a 2nd level above our front offices, complete with mat space and air conditioning. Equipped with top-quality FUJIMATS, our MMA/BJJ areas offer over 1000 square feet of mat space combined, along with a variety of mounted bags and training equipment. Whether you’re honing your skills or preparing for competition, our facilities are designed to elevate your fight game.

At Bangtao Muay Thai and MMA you will have access to our four full-sized Muay Thai rings, heavy bags, teardrop bags and a wealth of Muay Thai knowledge from our professional trainers, split over 2 main Muay Thai areas, one for our fight team and one for our amazing customers. Whether you’re just beginning your journey into the art of 8 limbs or a seasoned fighter preparing for upcoming war, you will have all you need to make the most of your experience at our gym.
FITNESS
In our top-notch facility, we have everything you need to reach your fitness and strength-training goals.
A wide selection of free weights, dumbbells, and kettlebells, as well as BUILT STRONG weight training equipment, are available in the fitness section of Bangtao Muay Thai and MMA.
Do you need to improve your cardio? With our selection of Concept 2 indoor rowers and ASSAULT FITNESS aerodyne cycles, consider the job done.
ICE BATHS
After an intense training session in the heat of Phuket, ice baths at Bangtao Muay Thai and MMA offer quick and effective recovery benefits. They reduce muscle inflammation and soreness, speed up recovery time, and provide natural pain relief. Incorporating ice baths into your post-workout routine will optimize your recovery and enhance your performance.

Restaurant
After a hard training session, fuel up with a protein shake, fresh food or energy chocolate balls at our onsite restaurant. We use the freshest ingredients, sourced locally so that your nutrition is primed to make the best out of your fitness goals.
Pro Shop
Our showroom and pro shop is fully equipped with everything you will need for your training sessions. We have a full line of custom Bangtao fight gear and carry other brands as well.
Bathrooms
Our restrooms are spacious, clean and maintained by our staff throughout the day. If you need to change clothes or shower before or after a session, the restrooms are open.
Cleaning
We have a full team of cleaners that thoroughly sanitize every training facility and its equipment after each session to make sure you are training in a healthy environment.
