Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA, in collaboration with Muay Thai Holidays and Warrior Collective, is proud to host a one-day Muay Thai seminar with former two-time World Champion Damien Trainor on Saturday, 30 May 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Widely regarded as one of the most decorated UK Muay Thai fighters of his generation, Trainor competed across 85 professional bouts, capturing British, multiple European, Hong Kong, and two World titles before retiring to coach full-time. He is the founder and head coach of K-Star Legacy in Birmingham, England, where he has developed fighters competing at the highest level in the UFC, Bellator, Glory Kickboxing, K-1 and BAMMA.
Trainor is recognised globally for his technical striking system – a blend of traditional Muay Thai fundamentals with modern fight strategy, covering clinch dominance, elbow and knee work, range control, footwork, and high-level fight IQ. His instructional content on Instagram and Warrior Collective has drawn millions of views from practitioners and coaches worldwide.
The seminar is open to fighters, students, and dedicated practitioners of all levels who want to train under one of the sport’s most respected technicians. Attendees can expect a focused, two-hour session built around the principles that have defined Trainor’s career and coaching: sharp fundamentals, structured drills, and concepts proven under real fight pressure.
